  • Jeremy started his career in the marketplace as a finance recruiter—but it wasn’t long before he was called into ministry. Over the next 17 years, he served in a wide range of roles across worship, creative leadership, and executive leadership.

Most recently, Jeremy served as the Chief Experience Officer at 12Stone Church in Atlanta, Georgia—a multisite church with 9 campuses, over 12,000 in weekly attendance, and an online audience of 15,000. At 12Stone, he led across worship, production, service programming, creative, marketing, events, online ministry, and global ministry operations. As a creative voice at the executive table, Jeremy helped shape global strategy while leading the creative process from idea to execution.

In short - he developed leaders and solved complex problems in creative ways.

He’s a Jesus follower, executive leader, marketer, creative, team builder, drummer, communicator, guitarist, producer, pianist, developer of leaders, husband, father of four (whew), Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan, and a proud native Texan.

  • Josh has spent the last two decades in the trenches of church leadership - leading teams, navigating tension, and learning firsthand how hard it is to stay healthy while staying in the game. He’s a pastor’s kid who’s worked in just about every seat on the bus, which means he knows the weight that leadership can carry… and how often it carries people out.

Josh's heartbeat is to coach leaders and teams toward health, wholeness, and unity - eliminating the sideways energy that kills momentum and morale.

He’s led multi-million-dollar ministries and hundreds of staff, but his real genius is helping people stay in their seat - strong, whole, and still smiling. He’s married to Hannah, and together they’re raising their two teenagers: Grady and Willow.

  • David has spent 35+ years building trust, not just teams. His leadership journey has taken him through some of the most innovative churches in the country—Perimeter (Atlanta), Irving Bible (DFW), and 12Stone (Atlanta)—where he’s led everywhere from student ministries to house church movements. But his true calling? Walking with leaders when the road gets steep.

David doesn’t just bring experience—he brings presence. His approach is deeply relational and intentionally personal, built around the belief that transformation happens best life to life, not just strategy to strategy. He’s a trusted voice when things feel unclear, a steady guide when ministry feels heavy, and a gospel-soaked encourager when leaders forget who they are.

David serves as a fractional leader with churches to create custom coaching experiences that help pastors and teams get healthy, stay grounded, and lead with Kingdom clarity. His heart is simple: to help leaders lead from a place of wholeness, not weariness.

Good Words. Good People.
